Communication is the key when working from different geographical locations. As a talent, you need to communicate with other team members who may work from other parts of the globe.
CodeMonk uses Discord to keep us all connected throughout our working hours and beyond:
When you join CodeMonk, you will be given an official email id and password. You can join CodeMonk's discord server ONLY by using your official email id.
We have our CodeMonk community server on Discord, and all the internal team members communicate there on different channels. You can join our Discord channel through the CodeMonk dashboard also. We do our monthly townhalls on the same channel, where you can learn all about the other tech talents in the community.
