Help your developers to land on a client project

As an agency, you can start applying for jobs on behalf of your talents once they complete their profile and complete a minimum of 3 skill tests.

Once you have registered your agency on the CodeMonk platform and completed the profile, you can see a detailed breakup of talents on the dashboard.

You can see the collective skills of your team and start applying for a job on their behalf or refer them to a particular project on the CodeMonk platform.

Read on to know how you can get your developers to start their career journey on CodeMonk.

Team composition

To refer to an agency's talent:

You can refer talent to a particular job in two ways:

a. Go to your 'Dashboard' and check out the current job openings available on the platform.

The platform also finds a perfect match for the position if your talents and skills match the job requirements. You can refer your talents to the recommendations provided on the job board (Dashboard). You can also refer them if there are no recommendations but you think the job will match their skills.

Current job openings

b. You can also search for the jobs using the search option available to check out the jobs available.

The AI-powered CodeMonk platform matches talents to jobs depending on their skill sets. Adding more resources (tech talents) can help you find the perfect match for the jobs coming up on the platform.

Note: Two things that can boost your referrals and secure the perfect job are completing talent profiles and adding more resources to enhance their chances.
