How to post a job as an employer on CodeMonk?

As a registered employer on CodeMonk, you can post a job after creating a project on the platform. You can post jobs in two ways.

From the Dashboard:

Click on the 'Create Brief' tab on the top right of your Dashboard to post a new job for a project.

Job briefs

From the projects:

Go to your projects, and click on "post a new job brief' to hire a team or talent for an ongoing project.

Project details tab

Before posting the notification, you can fill in all the job details, such as the job description and the kind of talent you plan to hire.

You can choose preferred candidates by filling in a total of 7 technical skills and frameworks, preferable soft skills, certifications, and other details. You can also fill in the industrial experience depending upon your requirements before posting.

Create new brief

The next step is to plug in all talent engagement details—whether you want to engage talent on a freelance or full-time basis. Fill in the duration, preferred location, schedule, and time zone, and fix an hourly rate before posting your job.

Preferred candidates detail

When you post a new brief on CodeMonk, a notification is sent to all social media channels such as Twitter and Instagram to make it easier for the interested talents to apply.

You can then go on to view recommendations and matches to take your hiring to the next level.
